As Elevate Brand offers intangible services (such as digital marketing campaigns, SEO, content creation, etc.), we generally do not offer refunds once services are delivered or completed. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, we are open to discussing adjustments, further work, or credits, depending on the specific circumstances.
3. Service Refund Requests
Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
- If the service was not delivered as per the scope agreed upon in the service contract.
- If the client and Elevate Brand mutually agree that a service is unsatisfactory, and attempts to resolve the issue have not met expectations.
- Any refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery. After this period, no refund requests will be entertained.
4. Custom Design or Template Purchases
For digital products like templates or custom designs:
- Refunds or returns are not available once the product is downloaded or accessed.
- If there is an issue with the file (e.g., broken download link, file corruption), we will provide a replacement or assist in resolving the issue.
